Full-sun lots in Holly Springs are where we most often say the honest thing: bermuda might be the better lawn. It goes brown in winter, but it laughs at July and does not need rebuilding every September. If you have kids and a dog and no shade, we will show you the trade-off and let you pick. If you love the green-in-January look, fescue it is, and the calendar on the home page runs your year.
The lots run larger here, a third to a half acre is common, so mowing prices step up a tier and leaf season is lighter because the trees are younger. Beds tend to be long foundation runs that eat pine straw, 40 to 60 bales is normal.
