A forty-year-old Cary yard has forty-year-old oaks and maples. That means shade the builder never planned for, a root zone that drinks the water before the fescue gets it, and a leaf load in November that can bury a quarter acre. Most of our Cary work is about accepting the trees instead of fighting them: fine fescue blends under the canopy, bigger mulched beds where grass will never win, and two leaf visits instead of one.

Drainage in this part of town is usually a neighbor problem. Lots were graded decades ago, the guy uphill added a patio, and now your side yard takes his roof. A swale along the line or a French drain to the street fixes it without a lawyer.

Cary picks up small yard waste at the curb, so weekly clippings and a bag of leaves are handled. Anything bigger, we haul. We work under the covenants in Lochmere and Preston already, and the Town rules on what can go in the street.
